Finding a manufacturer that offers genuinely low minimum order quantities without sacrificing quality is incredibly difficult, especially if you’re creating products like outerwear, heavyweight garments or leather pieces. That’s exactly why this is one of my personal go to manufacturers. Over the years I’ve worked with suppliers all over the world, and this is one I regularly come back to when I need premium quality on smaller production runs.

This contact is a little different from the manufacturer lists. Rather than comparing multiple factories, this is one manufacturer I personally use and recommend. They’re based in China, fluent in English, proactive throughout the development process and produce an incredibly wide range of products including premium streetwear, outerwear and leather garments. If you’ve seen work I’ve created for clients that required small production runs without compromising on quality, there’s a good chance it’s been produced through this team.

The biggest reason I recommend them is their flexibility. While many manufacturers require 100, 200 or even 300 unit minimums for products like jackets and outerwear, these guys are happy to work from just 30 units on many styles. That’s incredibly rare, especially for the level of quality they produce. It makes them the perfect choice for new brands wanting to test products, launch smaller collections or avoid tying up thousands of pounds in stock before validating an idea.

The other manufacturer lists are still fantastic resources depending on your budget, product type and where you’re at as a brand.
